Terms of use for this website

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms apply to anyone reading infovative.biz, the public site of Infovative, a staff-handbook software company in Wrocław. By using the site you agree to them. They govern the website only; use of the handbook product is covered by a separate written agreement made with each customer.

Purpose of the site

The pages describe what the product does and does not do, and let you request a walk-through. Descriptions are offered in good faith to help you decide whether a walk-through is worthwhile. They are not professional advice of any kind, and nothing here is HR, legal or compliance guidance.

Using it properly

Read it, link to it, share it with colleagues. What we ask you to avoid: overloading or attacking these pages, harvesting them wholesale with scripts, and submitting form content that breaks the law, insults someone, deceives, or belongs to another person. Automated submissions are filtered and may be ignored.

Requests are not contracts

Sending the form asks us to get in touch. It does not create an agreement, reserve anything or oblige either side to continue. Any arrangement to use the product is made later, in writing, with its own terms.

Ownership of the material

The words, diagrams, layout and marks on this site belong to Infovative, apart from the photographs: those remain their photographers' work, reproduced on the open terms set out in the credits at the foot of this page. Linking to any leaf is welcome, as is quoting a short passage with a credit; for anything longer, write and ask.

Liability

We take care over the accuracy of the site but cannot promise it is complete, current or always available. To the extent Polish law allows, Infovative is not liable for any loss traced to relying on what these leaves say, or to the site going offline for a while. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Law and courts

Polish law governs this page and everything on it, and any dispute over it goes before the competent courts sitting in Wrocław, without affecting any mandatory rights you hold as a consumer where you live.

Revisions

We may update these terms when the site changes. The current wording is always the version on this page, under its date. Questions go to [email protected].
